Some of that is information that you actively give us when you sign up for the webinar, download any high-value marketing material, register for an event, ask for customer support, or buy solutions/services/products from us. We store your full name, email, and other required contact information only, but we don’t store credit card/debit card numbers or bank details (except with your permission and in one of our secured payment gateways).

If you are an employee (representative) of our client (current/potential), supplier, or business partner we may process your name, surname, e-mail, phone number, title, country, and more (on a need basis).

We may process such information to organize the signing of contracts, acts, and other contractual or relevant documentation, to promote our services, or to invite you to our events as well as to comply with regulations and requirements.

If potential employment may cause relocation to one of the countries of our presence, we may process personal information as indicated above for potential employees as well as passport details, photo, visa, and other relevant documents for migration authorities. The legal ground for processing additional information is a necessity for compliance with a legal obligation, i.e., to provide documents to Migration or relevant authorities.
Kyros does not collect or compile personally identifying information for sale to third parties for consumer marketing or any other commercial purposes.
We keep your personal information for as long as it is required for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your information, we will delete, anonymize, or isolate your information, whichever is appropriate.
Retention of your personal data
Personal data that we are processing will be kept no more than 2 (two) years or until the consent is revoked/you have objected to such processing. Nevertheless, the specified storage periods can be changed (prolonged or shortened) if required by applicable law or in order to defend our legal rights.

Who may access your personal data?
We may disclose your personal data not only among Kyros companies but also to our auditors, supervisory agencies, government bodies, marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Pardot, or more, CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho and or any marketing/advertising-related platforms to send you the personalized information to the extent required by applicable law, as well as to third – party providers such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and more to improve our website and advertising campaigns.
